Do You Accept My Insurance?

Although we kindly request payment in full at the time care is provided, we will submit claims to your insurance on your behalf.  Please bring your dental benefit card to your appointment so that we can gather the necessary information to submit the claim on your behalf.  Similar to other dental offices in our area, we do not contract with any insurance company.  If the insurance company sends reimbursement to us in error, we will gladly send a refund to you.

There are multiple insurance companies providing benefits in our area and each insurance company provides many plans for different employers. For this reason, we are unable to tell you if a procedure is covered, or how much reimbursement you can expect. If you require advance notice of estimated reimbursement by your insurance for a procedure, we can submit a pre-determination request to your insurance on your behalf. The insurance company processes pre-determinations similarly to how a claim is processed, according to your dental benefit plan. As long as there are no changes to your plan, eligibility, or used benefits, the pre-determination is typically accurate for planning purposes. If you feel a claim has been processed incorrectly and would like to appeal the determination, our office would be happy to assist you.

Forms of Payment

We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and all major credit cards. If you require extended payment plans, we accept payment plans through Care Credit. Please ask our office staff for more information if you would like to learn about this option.
