Your New Office!

We are so excited to have our doors open at our beautiful new location: 1482 N 15th Ave, Bozeman.  We couldn’t be more thrilled.

The new space has been a labor of love.  Dr. McCormick and his wife found the location and purchased the land in the Fall of 2015.  They fell in love with the area’s beautiful view of the Bridgers, and convenient location for patients in Bozeman, Livingston, Belgrade or beyond.

After extensive research, Dr. McCormick hired Design Ergonomics to design the dental interior.  This company specializes in creating beautiful and nurturing dental care environments that are sure to improve patients treatment experiences.  After that, he selected an outstanding local architect to create an exterior that would be modern and unique.  We are very proud of the end product and know you will love it too.

We opened our doors at this location on January 11th, 2017, with an iPad and coffee bar, children’s play area, confidential spaces to discuss financing, and more!

We hope you will come by soon to see it for yourself!

Dentistry For Your Bozeman Child

Big Sky dentistBozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD in Bozeman serves patients of all ages and provides general dentistry for children. Our trustworthy staff takes special care of our youngest patients to make sure they are comfortable and safe.

A little extra patience with our child patients is vital. We understand that going to the dentist can be a bit frightening for a child, so we make sure they are comfortable with their surroundings, and we always invite mom or dad to join them in the room. We make sure they understand the necessary procedures and answer their questions.

Children’s dentistry requires more than just comfort, however. Dr. Gabriel McCormick understands how children’s dentistry differs from the treatment for older patients. If you have questions about cleaning your baby’s teeth or would like to speak with us about thumb sucking, dental sealants, fluoride supplements, tooth protection for kids’ sports, and orthodontia, call 406-586-7661 today to schedule a consultation.

The American Dental Association recommends that children see a dentist when their first tooth erupts or around one year of age. By starting regular dental visits at the toddler age and teaching proper hygiene, we can help you reinforce critical oral care habits and lifestyle choices that will produce strong and healthy teeth.

In addition to children’s dentistry, Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD offers:

Emergency same-day scheduling
Teeth whitening
Restorative dentistry
Porcelain veneers

We are currently accepting new patients of all ages. We look forward to meeting you and your child.

Affordable Bozeman Cosmetic Dentistry

Affordable Bozeman Cosmetic Dentistry Will your Montana dental insurance cover Bozeman cosmetic dental procedures? Many Bozeman dentistry patients assume their dental insurance won’t cover any cosmetic dental procedures. This is probably true for tooth bleaching in Belgrade or first time dental bonding. However, many Montana dental insurance plans and dental supplemental plans cover orthodontia and any treatment needed to repair damage from an injury. Medical insurance and worker’s compensation plans may also cover injury treatment.

Some Big Sky dental insurance plans cover replacement porcelain veneers in certain circumstances. Check with your carrier for benefit specifics if you need replacement veneers due to deterioration. We can then discuss dental treatment options such as replacement veneers or porcelain crowns. When the work is completed, we may be able to help you submit your dental claim form if your plan requires one.

If you are in need of any kind of dental treatment, from a cleaning to major restorative work, come in to Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD at 1482 North 15th Ave, Suite 2 in Bozeman. You can meet our trustworthy team, undergo a thorough evaluation and discuss financing options. Even if you do not have Montana dental insurance, let’s talk. Top quality dental treatment is a wise investment and may be more affordable than you think.

Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD is a network dental provider for many Montana dental insurance plans.

Bozeman Dentistry Wants You To Be Healthy And Happy

Bozeman Dentistry - Gabriel McCormick, DMD in Bozeman Cares For Teeth Dentists in Bozeman are dedicated to your oral health and care about the condition of your teeth. At Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD, we recognize that your teeth help you both eat and speak. You use your teeth to tear, scrape, and chew food, as well as to form words with your tongue.

Healthy teeth and gums are an essential component of complete physical and mental health. An unhealthy smile can erode confidence, cause embarrasment, and make eating and speaking difficult. The team of dental professionals at Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD in Bozeman, Montana, wants to help keep your mouth and teeth healthy so that they don’t adversely affect your strength in any way.

We humans have two sets of teeth in our lifetime. The first set are your ‘primary teeth’, which many people around Bozeman often call ‘baby teeth.’ Baby teeth typically start to come in at about 6 months old. An average healthy mouth for a Bozeman resident has a total of 20 primary teeth by about age 5.

Your primary teeth will eventually fall out and new teeth known as ‘permanent teeth’ will grow in. Permanent teeth typically begin to come in around age 6 for most Bozeman residents, but every person is unique and it could be a little earlier or later. By about age 13 an average healthy mouth should have 28 of the total 32 permanent teeth. The last four permanent teeth may or may not come, but typically come in between the ages of 17 and 21 if they do. Because of the late age that these last teeth come in they are commonly called ‘wisdom teeth’.

Many adults in the city of Bozeman have their wisdom teeth pulled out because these teeth can be problematic to your oral health, such as crowding a mouth. Other adults in the Bozeman keep these teeth because they are not causing problems. If you are concerned about the state of your wisdom teeth you can visit our local Bozeman office and we can help you make this vital decision.

Caring for all of your teeth – whether you are young and have 20 primary teeth or are an adult and have 28 to 32 permanent teeth – is necessary for total stamina. Let your Bozeman dentist help keep you healthy and happy.

Royalty At Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD In Bozeman

porcelain crown Bozeman

When Dr. Gabriel McCormick crowns one of our patients, the coronation is a celebration of a stronger smile.

The necessity of a dental crown is usually readily apparent. Based on how much tooth is available to hold in a filling, sometimes a crown is necessary to add more support and to keep the tooth from falling apart or breaking. Crowns are also needed as a sturdy support for dental bridges.

A crown restores your tooth to normal shape, size and strength, and allows it to resume its proper place as a team player with the other teeth.

Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD, located at 1482 North 15th Ave., Ste. 2 in Bozeman, Montana 59715, opened their doors in 2011 and has been serving patients throughout Montana with outstanding efficiency, expertise and personal attention since. If you live in Bozeman, Livingston, Belgrade, or Big Sky, you could be our next royal to smile and wave for the paparazzi.

Consult with Dr. McCormick to find out if you are a candidate for state-of-the art restorative procedures meant to increase the life of your precious permanent teeth such as a fabulous crown. Keep in mind that crowns come in a variety of strong, reliable materials. Matching the natural color of your teeth increases the beauty of your smile. Gold crowns are incredibly strong and have the “bling” factor. But there are certainly options.

In addition to restorative services, please ask us about cleanings, cosmetic services, teeth whitening, braces, veneers, and other smile makeover possibilities.

We are equipped to offer teeth whitening, restorative dentistry, porcelain veneers, Invisalign clear braces and a long list of other procedures. The cost of cosmetic dentistry, the expense of cosmetic dentistry, and the affordability of cosmetic dentistry can all be discussed during your no-pressure, easy initial consultation. Schedule your visit today with our trustworthy staff at 406-586-7661.

A crown can return your tooth to all its former glory as a smiling, glowing, chewing machine. Become royalty.

What’s New At Your Bozeman Dentist Office?

Affordable Smile Makeovers In Bozeman

Hello friends of Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD, today we’re talking about the modern dental office in Montana. Dentistry is a field of continual innovation. There are always new and improved ways to help Bozeman residents have the healthiest and most beautiful smile possible.

Many dental offices in the Belgrade, Big Sky, and Livingston areas have found that switching to digital X-rays makes for more efficient appointments. Also, the dental images can more easily be stored in a patient’s computer file and compared with past images.

Diode lasers are innovative instruments that allow your Bozeman area dentist to detect bacteria levels in your mouth as well as find and treat cavities.

For Bozeman patients interested in cosmetic or restorative dentistry, CAD (computer-assisted design) technology can allow procedures that involve crowns and bridges to be done in fewer appointments.

If you are considering a full smile makeover and want veneers, the newer, thinner veneers are just as strong and beautiful, but more of the original tooth is left intact.

I’m Dr. Gabriel McCormick. I want my patients to have the best oral health possible. My practice, Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD, is located at 1482 North 15th Ave, Suite 2, and our trustworthy dental team is always ready to welcome new patients. We offer the following services:

restorative dentistry
Invisalign clear braces

6 Ways To Improve Your Smile In Belgrade

dental payment plans Belgrade

Who would say no to a prettier smile? I am guessing no one, and now with all of the amazing cosmetic dentistry procedures available from Bozeman, Big Sky, and Livingston cosmetic dentists, most dental patients can get the smile they want. Here is a quick look at some of the most popular treatments.

1. Teeth whitening is the most common procedure and it is used to lighten discolored teeth. This quick and easy procedure is usually done in the dentist office, and the results can be surprisingly dramatic.

2. Bonding is a popular treatment that uses a dental composite that resembles enamel. This material is applied to the surface of the teeth, sculpted into the desired shape, and then hardened and polished.

3. Tooth reshaping is a simple way to improve the appearance of teeth. It involves removing part of the enamel and can be used to fix small chips or to change the length or position of teeth.

4. Veneers are custom-made porcelain coverings that are very thin. They are bonded to the teeth and can be used to close gaps or cover discolored teeth.

5. For most Bozeman, Big Sky, and Belgrade patients, dental implants are the best way to fix a missing tooth.

6. And finally, there is the complete smile makeover. A smile makeover uses a combination of the available treatments to get Belgrade dental patients the smiles they want.

Hi. I’m Dr. Gabriel McCormick, a local Bozeman dentist, and I want my patients to have the best oral health possible. I also want them to look their best. My practice, Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD, offers the following services:

restorative dentistry
Invisalign clear braces
emergency same-day scheduling
porcelain veneers

If you are in the Belgrade, Big Sky, or Livingston area and are in need of dental care or have cosmetic dentistry questions, please give us a call at 406-586-7661.

We hope to hear from you soon!

Correcting Severe Dental Problems In Bozeman

Correcting Severe Dental Problems in Bozeman Each separate restorative and cosmetic dentistry procedure performed in Bozeman can address a specific dental problem. For example, a porcelain veneer can correct the surface of a tooth that is discolored or slightly misshapen. Dental bonding can fill a small chip in an otherwise healthy tooth.

Some Bozeman dental problems are more extensive and require a combination of procedures. Crown restoration combined with soft tissue grafts can restore a severely decayed tooth with the root exposed. A bone graft and dental implant can restore a missing tooth in an area where the jaw bone has receded. Orthodontia followed by tooth bleaching totally transforms a smile by straightening and whitening.

What is the difference between tooth bleaching and whitening? Whitening is the term for procedures which remove surface stains to restore the degree of natural lightness. Bleaching goes even further by lightening teeth beyond their natural shade. That’s right: you don’t have to resign yourself to yellow teeth even if they have been that way your whole life! The natural shade of your teeth, by the way, like your skin and hair color, is determined by genetics.

Some Bozeman smiles have been gleaming for years by regular whitening. You can maintain the whiteness of your teeth just as you maintain your fitness level. (Of course it is a lot easier to make a quick visit to your Bozeman dentist once a year for whitening touch-ups than sweating in a gym several times a week!)

We live in an age where severe dental problems can be permanently corrected. You don’t have to participate in a TV makeover show in Hollywood to access these premium cosmetic dental procedures. They are available right here in Bozeman, Belgrade and Big Sky. Gabriel McCormick has the same advanced training and extensive experience as the dentists who keep the smiles of famous actors and musicians camera-ready.

Schedule a consultation at Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD to discover the perfect combination of procedures to achieve your ultimate smile. Our phone number is 406-586-7661.

It’s A Great Time To Have Ugly Teeth!

Livingston cosmetic smile makeover

Huh? Yep, it’s true. It’s a great time to have an ugly smile because cutting-edge cosmetic dentistry provides several procedures to turn ugly to unbelievably beautiful.

If your teeth are slightly crooked or have small chips or cracks, minimally-invasive porcelain veneers could be the answer. A veneer is a translucent, wafer-thin cover that is permanently attached to the front of a tooth. Many people get veneers on the upper front teeth for a fabulous smile transformation. Call Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD at 406-586-7661 to learn more about fantastic veneers.

If your teeth have acute alignment problems, we encourage you to consider braces. Bozeman dental patients of all ages are undergoing orthodontic treatment to straighten their teeth and transform their smile. The newest braces are faster, less noticeable, and more comfortable than ever before.

Have your gums receded and thereby exposed the metal base of an old dental crown? Soft tissue grafts and/or crown replacement can correct this common problem. Call Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD at 406-586-7661 to schedule a gum-contouring consultation.

A missing tooth detracts from your smile, even if your other teeth look great. For many people, an ideal tooth replacement is a dental implant. A dental implant consists of a titanium post surgically inserted into the jaw bone to replace the root of the missing tooth. The post integrates with the bone to provide a stable foundation for the natural-looking crown. A dental implant can also anchor a denture and significantly improve life for denture wearers.

Teeth whitening can benefit almost every adult. Years of staining can be magically erased in a day at your Bozeman dentist’s office or over a few months with a less-expensive at-home kit. This popular Bozeman treatment gives you a lot of bang for your cosmetic dental buck.

Other cosmetic dental procedures available at Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD in Bozeman are inlays/onlays, dental crowns, and white fillings. If you have an ugly smile, the Bozeman Dentistry – Gabriel McCormick, DMD team of outstanding dental professionals is dedicated to making it stunning. Call 406-586-7661 today!
